WIAW [What I Ate Wednesday]: 11.28.2012

Happy Wednesday to you! We are halfway through the week, and I am looking forward to the weekend. Let’s get rolling with a day of eats from yesterday.

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, toast


Lunch: Chipotle chicken salad on lettuce with avocado and Mexican cheese (not pictured: peanut brittle, a few tootsie rolls).


Snack: A packet of apples and cinnamon oatmeal with a sliced apple, and crumbs of peanut brittle


Dinner + Dessert: Leftover pasta e fagioli and leftover pecan bars



What tasty treats did you eat this week? I can’t get enough of the pecan bars!
