WIAW [What I Ate Wednesday]: 12.5.2012

Happy Wednesday!!

Time for some WIAW thanks to Jenn at Peas and Crayons!

Peas and Crayons

This is what I ate on Monday of this week, following the Sunday of cookie baking…

Pre-gym Snack: cookie (they have a lot of protein I hearโ€ฆ)


Breakfast: whipped banana oatmeal via kath eats recipe with peanut butter added + coffee with 1 pump caramel syrup and creamer


Lunch: Arugula salad with beets, rotisserie chicken, feta, honey, olive oil, sliced almonds + snickerdoodle cookie


Snack: mixed nuts + apple


Pre-dinner: more cookies (didnโ€™t take pics)

Dinner: Crockpot Chicken Adobo via Table for Two + roasted zucchini


A pretty great day of eats, and I love the holiday cookies ๐Ÿ™‚

    hahahahah yes, I heard cookies do have a lot of protein. Cake and brownies too, right? (I’m totally saying that next time I stuff my face with them!)

    at least you’re honest about the cookies! I feel like a failure looking at all the blogs that are like “today I ate a carrot”

      Yeah, I agree… in fact, I hate carrots! haha ๐Ÿ™‚ I just love food too much!
